Default Bounce and sample rate convert caused a strange click!

I bounced my final mix to a stereo file, and lo and behold, I discovered a strange click in the beginning over the audio.

I reopened the session, but there was no click. I bounced it again, and the click was still there.

There are no edits at the spot where the click is, and not a lot going on (elec gtr and violin, not very processed).

Any ideas? I'm going to do some more testing.
