Can anyone report whether the thick waveform centre line is still present on apple silicon installations?

Since I have no use for ultimate anymore, is it possible to upgrade/downgrade or whatever :) to Protools Studio Perpetual?

Some locations and regions arent updated yet.... The Sketch download is dependant on Apple and they are releasing it but it takes time across the globe.

Chris... I thought I mentione in our communications with the case 04641142 on this that it wouldn't make the next release ( which is 2023.9 ). I get your not happy but they reproduced the bug # PT-302804 too close to the code encode for that release. They are working on it and I wont close the case til its fixed and I will let you know.

I have installed it, however, it freezes when loading HEAT or sometimes when loading Sketch.


I have started a Support Ticket, but don't expect a reply anytime soon.


I have deleted the /Library/Preferences/Avid/ProTools folder, which usually fixes a plugin loading situation, but to no avail.


Thoughts?

Are you on 10.14.6 Mojave?

Looking at the case - OS was missing but it did show that in the attached log.
