Default Problems with Korg Legacy

Im currently trying to use the wavestation by korg with protools and everytime I open it as a rtas and when i do i get an error that says "Pro Tools Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." what could this problem be. I get this message with a couple of others so what could this be? Thanks

ok sorry. Im using a pc with win xp protools le 7.1 i know i need to upgrade. I think i got about 2 gigs of ram and a 80 gig hard drive.

I tried to help you in another thread where you had a similar problem, but you never followed my instructions/requests there either.

Could you please download the Tech Support Folder, run the Tech Support Utility inside, select number 3 (Generate Version List) and post the results here? It will make it much easier to help you.

If you could also follow the instructions posted by DigiTechSupt, actually read the "help us Help you" thread as well as the links inside it, you will find more instructions for posting the specific information about your computer that people here will need to be able to help you.
