iLok Server Down

Hey,

Trying to get my Pro Tools installed and I cant even access ilok.com

I've found threads from 2013 about the website just straight up crashing. I'm pissed because I want to get started and it seems like this could be indefinite.

Can anyone else access ilok.com right now?

Hey Guys,

No one's answered this yet, but I just wanted to add that the website is now working again, although I cant seem to get my email verification for my iLok account, hence another typical woe of iLok users.

If anyone has info about THAT annoyance, please let me know if you have any advice. By the way, I have already emailed iLok's support but havnt gotten a reply yet

They were doing some server maintenance which lasted about 45min, but has been completed. This was announced on their site (starting about 2 weeks ago) but we'll make sure to add this info to our Announcements section going forward.

Server maintenance today. Started at 10am. I was able to log in but I wouldn't try anything yet. I havnt had any issues with ilok.com. As for when they'll be back up I don't know. Just hang in there.
