Default File Types

I would like Itunes to be my default app for opening aif/wav/ and mp3 files NOT pro tools. How can I acheive this in Tiger. Double clicking an aif and having Pro Tools take 3 years to open is annoying. I usually just preview stuff in the finder but how can I make this change?
Thanks

Default Re: File Types

select one of the file types Get Info (Command I)
at Open With
change from PT to I-Tune

a full restart should have all of that file type opening in I-Tunes

you can change all 3 file types before the restart

hey, thanks for the tip, Craig!
Having .pdfs open in Acrobat (full) instead of Preview has been making me insane!

Actually the original instruction was missing one step: when you change the associated App in the Get Info window, a button un-greys that says "Change All" click that one before you continue. HTH
