I want to drop off my Mix Core in person. Does it work that way, or do I have to let my dealer smell it first?

I've been to the building... not much to look at.

Repairs are actually handled at our Menlo Park office (though we might be able to shuttle it for you). The dealer doesn't need to be involved, but you do need an RA# from us so please call or email us directly for this.

Oops... I neglected to mention that I would be dropping of the Mix Core to exchange/upgrade to HD1. No repair needed. I know the $$ transaction part would go through my dealer, but can I drop off the card for my exchange in person? Just want it to go faster.
