Lost Connection to 002R Midi
Hi there,
Has anyone experienced 002R midi connections not being picked up by the DAW. I found turning on and off 002R or closing and re-opening the application doesn't help. I have to reboot my PC to fix the problem. I don't know if the sequence of turning on 002R or the midi controller before or after the reboot has helped. Arya |

Re: Lost Connection to 002R Midi
Depends on the PTLE version installed. With 6.1, if the 002 is powered up after Windows boots, Windows won't see the 002 MIDI ports. Running mmerefresh would inform Windows of the ports. 6.1.1 fixes that, and runs mmerefresh as a service which periodically checks to see if the ports are available.
I don't recall what 5.3 did. Whatever is plugged into the 002 MIDI ports shouldn't even be involved.
