Bomb Factory plugin Help Install
so my mbox has been collecting dust along with my install cd's and i finally installed pro-tools again on my 32 bit xp (oh why cant they make 64 bit work!! *CRY*) Here is my problem:
i found my USB key for bomb factory plugins to work but i cannot remember where i install them from, is it from the protools 7.0 cd i have? is it a seperate CD? If its on the pro-tools CD what is the install called because its not under the name bomb factory.... if its on a seperate cd what is cd called? if cd is called bomb factory plugins...i do not have this CD ***WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE INSTALL IF I LOST IT?*** perhaps the easier thing to answer then previous if you know.... i have LE 7.0 (can this be upgraded at all for free anywhere? link?) THANKS SO MUCH PEOPLES!! -Sam |

Re: Bomb Factory plugin Help Install
Which specific Bomb Factory plugins do you need/have licenses for? (Hard to give you links when we don't know what we need to be linking to).
All current versions can be downloaded from the Digidesign website.

Re: Bomb Factory plugin Help Install
When you synchronize your iLok to your account at iLok.com, you will be able to view what authorizations are on the iLok.
You need to go there anyway to get the iLok client software to make it work, so you might as well check while you are there. Also, all of the plugin installers are on the 7.0 installation disk in a folder called (surprisingly?) "Plug-In Installers". I'm not going to give you links to every single plugin installer; that would take me forever, and be really unrealistic. There is a list on the Digidesign website of all of the plugins with links to their product pages. Each product page has a download section. There are also combo updaters available, but you would need to have the plugins installed first for those to work. As for what free updates are available for 7.0? There aren't any currently available as far as I know. I believe there was once a time that you could go from 7.0 to 7.1 for free, but I don't think it still exists. You might want to check with Digidesign tech support about that. I think the only "upgrade" paths that exist publicly for 7.0 currently are to the two newest versions, but at the same price (7.4 and 8.0 at $150)
