Pro Tools and Webcam software compatibility??
Does anyone know how to route Pro Tools audio directly from the Pro Tools app into a webcam app? an app like OBS studio. I'm trying to create beatmaking videos for youtube. I'm running Windows 10 with the latest upgrade of pro tools studio.

Re: Pro Tools and Webcam software compatibility??
What interface are you using? Many interfaces with good hardware monitoring provide a loopback device... like RME TotalMix, UAD Console, Presonus, Avid MBox Studio, etc.
Use that if you have it. Otherwise... Windows has fewer software options than Mac, and now Pro Tools has it's own Audio Bridge... but it's only supported on Mac. A common go to on Windows are the products from VB-Audio, see https://vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm Last edited by Darryl Ramm; 03-25-2023 at 12:20 AM. |
