Mac Pro internal hard drives
Anybody know the advantages or disadvantages of using internal hard drives(not the systemHD) over firewire hard drives?Seems to me it would better internally. Any insight is much appreciated!Thanks!

Cheaper is probably the best reason. I gotta say just screwing the hard drive into the case and clicking it in place is pretty cool. The sales person said they are hot swapable, not sure how that could be useful for PTle but still nice.

Higher track counts?lower buffer sizes?latency?Cheap would be the bottom of the list.
