Default Free protools plugins for Windows?

I am on a tight budget (just biuoght the digi 001, a ton of mics, and a presonus digiverb lt) - anyonw know where to get cheap or free plugins for protools? Also - what is a good way to filter out buzzing from a noisy guitar/bass amp? Thanks.
