Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4cs5 Update for Window doesnt download

Hey Protools, Just wondering if you have noticed yet that if you try to download the cs5 update or any update for that matter all that happens is we get circled around back to another information page and not to the download.
Is it possible to get this fixed in the near future? This has been the the slowest most complicated and frustrating set up experience I have been through and the saga now continues with your website not working properly. 10 hours now and counting of time spent trying to get my Pro Tools M-Powered working with my new Fast Track Ultra machine. As far as I can tell this is the last hurdle, but who can really tell??? Tick Tock Tick Tock
