using my own samples in Structure Free
For anyone trying to figure out how to load their own wav sample from a pro tools track into Structure Free I have found a method. Although all the Youtubes show that you can drag and drop directly, you can't. I found that what you need to do is the following: once you have your sample trimmed, highlight that clip and go to file>bounce to disk>choose directory(I created a seperate folder for my own samples) then click on Bounce. Now go to your folder and you can drag the sample to the patch box (black box upper left ) in Structure and Bingo! I hope that will spare others from tearing their hair out trying to find the answer!
