For some reason I am not seeing this in my account.

Annual service through May 2022.

I've been tinkering with Avid Link for 30 minutes and it still only shows 2021.12

What is the "magic" process for updating these days. LOL

2021.12 is the same, no update.
It's only the Complete Plugin Bundle that has been updated, and for some reason it's been updated as ~29 separate items.

I own some of the plug ins but have never subscribed to the complete bundle.

Is there any way to get these updates, my support plan is current.

For example: reverb one, revibe?

If your support plan is current, the bundle is free and will be available in your account.

It's easier to use Avid Link to download and install all the separate plugins from the bundle.

I'm seeing Space, Smack, Pro Compressor and Pro Limiter version 2018.1 installed and "No Update" or "Current" on Avid Link.

Why can't Avid send out an update to its users that PAY & SUBSCRIBE to their services about updates and the state of their software?

I personally feel like if you are paying for subscription software that the company should have someone update its users on a somewhat regular basis. It would not be hard to assign someone at the company to update users on whats going on......Like a "state of protools" newsletter or the like.

The company that serves its customers will get the business. Its more than just saying "heres my software, please buy it". We are buying into a marriage with software these days and software companies are being terrible spouses and not communicating with their partners......They only are nice and communicative when they want you to buy something.

Lots of DAWS are creeping in and taking what you used to dominate. You can say all the movie people and etc are using it..... But things can change in an instant in this world as we have experienced.
