Jog Wheel In Cubase

I am wondering If I can do more with the Jog Wheel that I am not seeing. Examples I would love are:

Move Locators as whole
Move L and R Loc independently
Select regions
Select different takes

I don't know about those specifically, but, if there is a key command for it, then it can be put on the jog wheel.

Yeah, I know. But the Jog Wheel has special cases. Just wondering If I missed a way to do these.

Thank you! I remember seeing that a long time ago and could not remember where.

Unfortunately, I still can't quite get the behavior I want because there is no 'Move Locators' command in Cubase. Or 'Move Left/Right Locator'. I could do it in Logic. It just mean I have to move the playhead first, and then Set the Locator. I am trying to get it down to one step.
