New PT Sessions default to different preferences and settings. Help Needed.
Hello,
First time...Long time. Apologies if this is tackled elsewhere, my searches came up with nothing so here goes. I run PT M-Powered 8.0.3 W/M Audio Profire 2626, Imac. Some sessions that were created in different version of PT(I'm told HD) were opened and successfully run on my system. Now all new sessions default to his preferences, the look and functionality is the same as his sessions. Even when I try to change to keyboard focus mode etc, it wont change. My old sessions function fine, as they used too. Other than creating templates from my older sessions, is there a way to restore it to my default/pref/look/feel, so new sessions open as they used to? I have attempted to trash my pref, but I don't seem to have any of the files that I am supposed to trash when I follow the various guides to to this. Again, apologies if this is remedial, and covered elsewhere, and thanks in advance for any help. George. |
