Picture in session wrong ratio

Hi all. I'm working in 2020.9.1. I have picture in my pro tools session from the current movie I'm working on. when I open the session the picture doesn't come up on the 2nd monitor as saved. Its expanded. I have to click on quarter size or half size, then click fullscreen and then it appears at the proper ratio. Never had this problem before but I'm new to 2020.9.1 and wondered if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
