Mini grand, Boom and xpand problems

I upgraded to Pro Tools 9 and just noticed when I go to open mini grand, boom or xpand I get the factory content was not found, it seems to be looking for. big files. I cannot find them. I have searched threads on this issue getting no where. It talks about a folder location but it seems not to be there...This is so frustrationg paying money for upgrades and things don't work....All my other plug ins seems to be working. I am running Pro Tools 9,,WIN 7 64 bit and i -7 cpu.

Is there any way to get those 3 seperate items to load?

I am frustrated beyind belief of the time I have to trouble shoot .. I just want things to work.

SIDE note.. I tired to do a repair on the install option and did not fix the problem.

I saw that and it really didn't help.. what I did was uninstall pro tools 9 from add / remove I thought it would leavr Pro tools 8 but I was wrong,, I reinstalled Pro Tools 9 full version,, originally i installed the upgrade.

After instillation I opned it up thos plugins came back to life and it looks like all my 3rd party software plugins are still there....whew,, I was sweating the whole weekend of authorizations etc
