Project session disappeared! - now back in list

Hey what's wrong here?
I can't see anything in my project list!

I tried to sign out from my account and relogged.
The Projects are back but with a yellow alert and when I ty to open it I've got a "waiting for download to begin..."

After close and reopen a couple of time is back and it works.

I'm on a MacPro 5,1, Mojave 14.6 with PT Ultimate 19.10 HDX.

nothing, now the error is:
Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document (-20006).
nothing to do.

how Was your internet connection ???

can you go to another location with internet that you think is as good as yours and working well ??? and try to see if the same errors come up ..

just a couple thoughts ..

btw: i do NOT use Projects / Cloud Services .. only Local Sessions .. sorry to hear about your troubles
