Need Help Installing
I previously had Protools 7.4 installed, but then it had an error (I do not remember what it was), and I uninstalled it. When I reinstalled, still the same error.
So I went ahead an uninstalled it again. I am currently trying to reinstall it, but when I plug the hardware, the 003 rack, into the computer and turn it on (firewire), there is no "new hardware found" dialogue box. This dialogue box is crucial to the 7.4 install, as I have to ignore the dialogue box then continue on with the installation. I think there may be leftover drivers that are preventing a clean install. What should I do? I have a 003 rack, vista SP1 computer (sys requirements are fine). |
