Default Please help me!

The dynamics of this forum and the company itself has changed drastically since I joined here.
I have Ilock licenses for versions of plugins that I don’t have access to download anymore!
The core downloads for PT 6.4.1 was essential, now it just redirects you to the home page.
The website won’t allow me to create a case, won’t even allow me to register!
This whole experience is making me sick to my stomach!

Sorry for your troubles.

Regarding submitting a case, you do need to have an Avid account in order to submit a case.
Regarding creating an account, what is the error message you are getting when creating this account.

Re PT 6.4.1. That version is so old you won’t even find it on the Download Center and it will never run on a Mac computer that’s less than 19 years old.

Yes. 18 years old would be newest Mac that can run 6.4.1 -- it requires OSX Panther 10.3.8 and will not work on newer systems.

Yes, I have a hard copy of 6.4.1 that I purchased from digidesign way back.
What I’m needing is the installers for the plugins that I have on the system.
I have legit license on my ilok account of course, but all the core downloads for Mix 24 have been removed.

You need to contact all plugin vendors individually. Sorry, I cannot help as I deleted my PT6 backups after donating my old MIX3 system to Malawi.

Ah, there’s where my troubles start.
All my plugins are avid.

No, those are DigiDesign. Avid Support only goes back to 9.0.0 when they re-branded.

The plugins that came with 6.5.1 should be on the install disk, which you say you have. I really don't think downloading plugins from Digidesign was a thing that long ago but I could be wrong.

Oh yes, my bad, the company was digidesign.
Which of course is what the “D” in duc stood for.
Go figure
Yes I’ll have to go thru all my installers.
I’m pretty sure I didn’t have a habit of deleting them.
Most of the plugins I have were downloaded from the “Core Mix24 dowonloads” link, which unfortunately has been smoked.
The only way to make it worse is to have it Rick Roll you when clicked.
It’s obvious the Mix 24 systems have been sunsetted hard.
Oh well, no sense in crying over wasted silicon, just think of the environmental impact that the immense mountain of e-waste this sort of thing generates!

Ok, I believe I found what I’m needing in the download archives and on the AVID site for one of them that’s not on the archive list.
Still have to remove the “ak” in front of the link but they all appear to work.
Must have been my complete mistake here. I suppose the Mix 24 Core downloads aren’t anything I need apparently.
Thanks to everyone who offered help.
