problem in Bouncing after Converting
Hi
I work on pro tools 8 HD, ICon, D-Control when i want to convert the sound track on short film or commercial from 25 fps to 24 fps i open new session then i import the converted video (24 fps) then i import the original audio (25 fps) then i marked on Apply SRC then i converted to 24fps i check the audio track with the converted video its sync exactly and thats good BUT THE PROBLEM IS :- after converted when i want to bounce this converted audio the time changed like after converted its 1min and 7seconds after bounce its 1min and 5second WHY ??????? when i try to send it to Final cut it doesn't match with the video cuz its 1min and 5 seconds (theres 2 seconds missed) but if i tried to import the converted audio it works good ANY HELP, or ADVICES Thanks |

Are you bouncing in the same sample rate as your session/converted audio?

I'm not quite sure why you're doing a sample rate conversion. If you bring a 24fps video into a 25fps session, all you should need to do is adjust the timebase of the session in the session setup to 24. The frame rate only affects how the video is played back, not the audio.
