Error #-5000 invalid access priviledge

Hi-

I recently wiped my computer and reinstalled OSX Snow Leopard, and am trying to reinstall PT 8 LE -002 and am getting the "Error #-5000 invalid access privilege" message when opening PT for the first time. It appears that many of my plugins are not coming through. Not sure why this is happening, and I've tried uninstalling/installing PT a few times to no avail.

Any ideas how to fix this?
