C24 Advice Regarding Listenback
Hey Friends,
just got the C24 and I'm trying to figure out how to configure my headphone system. I have this Furman Headphone setup that works like this: tracks in PT get bussed to 888 outputs these outputs go into Furman box inputs Furman box sends signal to individual mixing boards/headphone units in the studio and each person can dial up their own mix. C24 slate out goes to Furman box this all works fine. and here's the question: The individual mixer/headphone units in the studio have a talkback button and built in mic that allows each player to talk back to the control room. I plugged the output of this on the Furman box to the C24 Listenback mic input connector. But I'm not getting the result that I want. Am I doing the right thing here? Anyone know how the Listenback is supposed to work? I've read the manual a bunch of times but still can't make sense of it... thanks in advance for any help.... best, Peter Sprague |
