Default Pro Tools 9 and iMac Intel duo 2.8

I am trying to figure out if Pro Tools 9 works with Snow Leopard on a white 24" iMac Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93GHz w/4G RAM from 2008 with 7200RPM drive and a 002R with a 800 to 400 Firewire adapter cable. Apple Model #A1225 Part #MC021LL/A.

The system requirements say these have been tested:

-Aluminum models with Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 and above (introduced mid 2007)*

Can anyone tell me if PT9 works on this iMac?

I don't see any issues with that set up. The main thing is that the iMac is a core duo. It will run PT 9, while the drivers for the rack should be good as well.

If you want it official, there is a link on the top of this very page that lists compatibility info.
