No communication with Xpand

Hi chaps,
Does anybody know how to get Expand working in LE 7.4, I use an M Audio Oxygen 49 controller and it works fine with Reason just cant seem to get it to communicate with Xpand. I can hear sounds by clicking on the instrument tracks keyboard but I still hav,nt cracked it yet.

If you create a MIDI track can you see the MIDI input going in?

You need to isolate the issue to see if it's Xpand or MIDI input into PT per se

Thanks for the responce, If I create a midi track I still cant see the midi activation bar move apart from when I physically move the mouse over the keyboard next to the activated track and click on it then I see movement, what I cant understand though is when I use Reason i dont have any problems what so ever. It has become more of a pain now though because I now have the exact same problem with BFD, no comms with my controller.

I have a new build PC that seems to be really stable at the the mo apart from this issue, if I connect via midi to the M Box Pro or USB I still do not have communication with either Xpand Or BFD. Sometimes Reason preferences does not show my controller in the list at all when connected via USB. So at the mo I am connected via midi in on M Box to use Reason which is pretty stable but that is all I can use with the controller. I read in the M Audio Oxygen manual (the trouble shooting guide) that if the controller is not recognised in the preferences of the said software but is recognised in sounds and audio devices hardware, there is an update available. So thats my next step.

I suspect its drivers, any PC boys want to wade in?

Loaded all the drivers again for Pro tools etc and everything is working fine at last.
