So in the ILM you will click to activate the license (like for a new Plugin ect) and when you activate it to your ilok, it will automagically take your old HD' auths and activate the new ones to your ilok

If you have the 10-11-12 license. You will be able to run those versions. Check your license.

Official people have their hands full of delivering PT12.6 for the customers so expect little to no comments in the coming days. However, with that said, the license should always be backwards-compatible

No problems here with 12.5.2 and 12.6, both HD on my MacBook Pro on Sierra!
Installation smooth, working like a charm.
Not checked my HDX rig...

Please read through this thread for more info, but the short of it is that 12.6 requires new licenses, which are currently being rolled out to your accounts. Give it at least to day to show up. After that, opening a support case would be your best bet to get this corrected since it is account related.
