Default Video file suddenly disappears

This happened twice, after one day of hard work, maybe someone can help me...

I was working with a video file inside a PT session, about an hour lenght material, and after putting in sync all the audio, I closed the session and when I opened again, the video file was gone....!!!!

The video track was still on the session, but the block and the frame playlists were empty, I had to import it again and recheck all what I've done.

In out studio we capture video using a sofware that is in spanish, and it labels video files with accents, so maybe there's some king of conflict because of the accent that doesn't exist in the english alphabet...

Am I right???

Thanks in advance

SEBASTIAN
