How to change email in Avid account???

but does anyone know how to change their email address in the avid account? for the life i cant find this option only able to change password.

any help is appreciated.

You may need Avids intervention on that. I'll have to check when I get home.

Have you checked your PMs lately? You will need to get a hold of Avid CS to have them change it.

Avid CS took care of bleudog last week. For others with the same issue...

From Avid Customer Support:

If you need to change your email address on your Avid account, you may contact us through our registration case page here:

http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

In the question box, please enter "Avid Account Email Address". Then enter your remaining information.

Please include any and all details that may help us help you, including previous email address or addresses.

I'm trying to use this link to contact support and I fill out every field yet I get an error to pick a product - thing is, there's no product drop-down or field to populate on the page. Frustrating.

Not sure if this is a known issue or not, checking with Avid CS. In the meantime, have you tried different browsers? Enabling popups/cookies temporarily?

I tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox on my Mac. I also tried resetting Chrome just now and same result.
