Default Minimum Extensions Required to Run DP3 and PTLE?

I asked this at the end of the other topic but after a search thought it should get it's own thread.

How about it? Can anyone suggest a streamlined, minimum set of extensions to best run these two programs? I am having a hard time getting my Mac to behave.

Thanks!
