12.5 not available in Pro Tools 12 Student/Edu product

Hello All,

This week we completed the first of several batches of Pro Tools Edu product updates. Please check your Products Not Yet Downloaded in http://my.avid.com for a Pro Tools Upgrade Plan (click Download Now and follow the prompts). Others will see it added to their Products Not Yet Downloaded over the next couple weeks.

Note that you will see the end date for your Upgrade Plan modified shortly after you complete the download (and it's added to your Products) to coincide with the end date of your original 4 year term.

I registered my copy of Pro Tools 10 with 4 years of upgrades on 07/11/12 and have yet to receive an upgrade to 12.5. Reading the last post it looks like I just wasn't in the first few batches of people who got the upgrades and mine is still coming, but just wanted to be sure.

Does anybody know how to get a hold of Avid a side from there "pay for tech support via phone" method. I'm hoping that I'm not the only one missing the student upgrades. I purchased Protools it's near it's 4th year mark now but I know I still qualify because my 4 years ends in September but I still haven't received any updates after 12.2. Is this normal or is AVID not honoring my purchase. Any Help Is Appreciated. Thank You

All through my teacher membership I have had to ask for updates to be added to my account. My account stopped updating at 12.2 but the app manager let me update to 12.4. Now it is saying there is 12.5 update but won't update because my account stopped at 12.2.

Is that where my updates stop?

I can't upgrade from Protools 12.4 to Pro tools 12.5.
I own a student free upgrade for 4 years and it will soon expire.

I'm in the same boat. I'm on the 4 years upgrade student plan that's ending soon and I don't see 12.5 in my account. Any help? Cheers, Dan

Hi,

same here, Pro Tools 12.4 is the last Version that Shows up in my account. When 12.5 was released I was still in my 4 years, which is over by now. Would be nice if someone can help me out.
