One more thing to check. Do you have an ATI Radeon video card? If so, it's quite likely that the Rage Theater drivers are the problem.

Yes.. unfortunately I'm on my second session of the day.. and the cab file you sent me last night I couldn't open on my Mac at home.. so haven't had the time to look at your report today yet. I did notice that you have a MOTU FW interface... and a bunch of other FW devices. Try turning all those off and restarting XP and then seeing if there's a difference. The dal service is running so we're going to have to figure out what's causing the issue/conflict. You may need to reduce your system down to a minimum and start adding hardware/drivers one at a time 'til you find the culprit.
