Purchase Issue Stuck at Checkout
We are hearing from some customers that they can not order on the Avid Online store properly and when going to checkout, they loop back to the store. For some who try again it is a consistent loop and they can not order.
A Workaround to try: Retry using Create New Entry for payment and address via Payment Page. This worked for some of the customers. If this does not work, then please create a case HERE or by accessing the support portal at my.avid.com and make sure you provide your MyAvid, product you are trying to purchase and screenshots or videos of what’s happening on your end when trying to purchase, as this will assist us in determining the cause and help you as well. Thank you
