Default Pro Tools Unresponsive after Audio File Catalog Quit

Still having this freezing/unresponsive issue when closing a session with the Audio File Catalog dialog box. Pro Tools gets stuck with Audio Catalog box on screen after hitting File > Quit.

Even on OSX Monterray and Pro Tools 2023.6 it happens. Prefs have been trashed many times. Might be plugin related, but I am having trouble finding a pattern. The issue has occurred on sessions with many plugins and brand new sessions with almost no plugins.

I have to force quit Pro Tools in order to get the session closed once the 'Audio File Catalog" window pops up.

Same bug here. Seems to occur when I run in Rosetta mode too as I don't recall it happening sans-Rosetta?

Also here. Most often on sessions with a large number of audio files, usually my score mix projects. Problem is intermittent.

thanks for posting... I did create a case for this ( 04710763 ) and referred the techs to your other case as well when PT had to force quit.

Randall has asked you a few things but didnt hear back on that one.... such as: :

Please check if the iLok License Manager has pending updates, if so, please install them, after that try to re-sync the iLok USB Key.

Please check if the issue happens with and without plugins inserted
Please disconnect the Glyph server and verify if the issue persisted.

Anyway they will look at this one too.

I created a case for you.... 04710776. - even though it is intermittent, try to answer the questions they might ask. Between the 3 of you with this issue, maybe they can pin point it.
