Default recording live show, afraid of crashing

Hi,
i'll record 6 Bands live, about 1 hour, 18 channels each Band on saturday. I use My Powerbook G4 1,5 and will record on an external Lacie FW800 Disc(with enough space). I never recorded 60 mins, 18 Tracks without pushing stop and i don't know if this will work out. Can someone tell me, how to configure my setup best for this issue?? I know i should push the max-track-lenght to infinity. I dont need low latency, no plugins, nothing, i just record and push solo-buttons to make shure, everything is routed right and the signals are good.
Thanks a lot!!

Florian
