Scrolling screen left /right shortcut?

Hi there.
Is there a keyboard shortcut for scrolling the screen left and right?
It would save me lots of mousing around.

option (home /end) brings you to the start or end of your session
option (page up / page down) scrolls you through your session.

i don't think i have ever had my car washed. i thought that's what rain was for..

if you don't hold option down and just hit (home,end page up, page down you can scroll vertically)
