Copying My PT HD 8 Installer to my Hard Drive..from the DVD

Hi..Can I copy the PT HD 8 installer.mpkg from my DVD disc to my desktop, and install from there? having trouble with my super drive..it is super slow.....not so super.......and also creative collection issues...DVD hangs......will this be the same as the download file in my DIGI aCCOUNT?

Yes, you can copy the installer package to your hard drive/desktop, etc. You also then copy that to another DVD, etc.

thank you... i appreciate it..........struggling to get the creative collection up and running...need XPAND2, and nothing is showing up....big files missing....no air.db file.......ridiculous.....
