6.9.3 to 7.2 crashing

Hello,
i just updated to 7.2 from 6.9.3 tried to open up my old session it started loading some of the files then it crashes, i deleted preferences and tried again and it still crashed, any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated. peace

We did the exact upgrade on 4 systems and none of them have had issues. Have you repaired permissions? How about deleting the old Digi Catalog for each drive? This will force it to rebuild on the next startup.

also, did you make sure to delete all your v6 plugins? they cause instability if they are still present on the system.

your best bet, to be safe... is to go into your plug ins folder (Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plugins) and backup *all* of them to a cd, and then trash them. then download all the version 7 plugin installers from the digidesign website (under support) and reinstall.
