Help me install my old d2/d3 on 6.4le for Windows

I have the 001. Finally upgraded from 5.1LE on a Windows 98se machine to a fresh version of 6.4LE on an XP machine. How can I install the Focusrite d2/d3 that was for version 5.1? I have the authorization floppy. Will this plug-in still work? Do I need to download an upgrade or do I have to buy a new version for $500 plus??? Help me please. Also do I need to install both cs9 and cs6?
I know I'm a bit behind, but could someone please help?

You need cs6/9 if your XP is SP2 or higher. If you are at a fresh install or SP1 then you don't need it.

I don't know about the plugs. Like most software based in 98 installed on XP, some runs with no problem but some doesn't. I know this is a weak answer, but try to use them and see what happens. I would be curious to know.

I'm pretty sure you need to get the newer version of the plugin, get an iLok, and then contact Digidesign to have your authorization deposited on the ilok to make it work.
