499 dollars for MD3 really is a steal, no doubt about it. IF someone would be able to get me MD3 new registration to iLok account "JF" for that price I would gladly paypal 100 dollars as "finder's fee".

Though I don't have the X3 license, so that might be a bummer...

I agreed with you earlier that TC Tools TDM owners had been treated badly and left behind (no Intel or Leopard support) , but as of March this year, TC is finally offering a crossgrade path for owners of TC Tools to one of their TDM Bundles. Great!~

HOWEVER - It seems impossible to get any info on how much this will cost or how to actually do it.

Their website says that the crossgrades are only available directly through TC - no dealers can sell the crossgrade.

I emailed the company twice with no response. Called and left messages, no response.

Has anyone successfully done this crossgrade? How do you actually get someone at TC in the US to respond?

So I FINALLY heard back from TC regarding the TC Tools crossgrade.

It turns out that it is actually more expensive to crossgrade from TC Tools to the TDM Production bundle than it is to just purchase the bundle from a dealer at a discount, since you have to buy the crossgrade from TC directly and the crossgrade deal is only a small discount off of their list price.

I'm more impressed with the Lexicon PCM these days...but the VSS3 is a nice part of the arsenal.
