Default Digi 001 Software Upgrade

I am upgrading from PT v5.3.1 using XP to PT v6.4 XP with no previous 6x version installed. Are there any known issues I should know about before upgrading my software?

Thanks,
L.A.

Maybe, you might want/need to install 6.x versions first, I'm not sure 6.4 is a full installer.... Unless you know it is. Then good luck

Thanks for the responses.. I read on the Digi site that I could install 6.4 with no previous install of 6x, but I wanted to ask to users before I did in case there were some work arounds I needed to know about.

The upgrade from 5.3.1 to 6.4 needs to be purchased. You can get it at the Digistore for $35.

The 6.4 upgrade that is available as a free download in the support section is an upgrade from 6.1 to 6.4. You would need to have 6.1 installed for it to functiona at all.

Don't forget cs 6 & 9 if you are running XP SP2 or above (or even if you aren't, really).
