Default Icon fader value display

Hi

We've just installed our Icon to be used for post work. Fantastic piece of kit, still learnig all its features.

I do have one compaint though, and its that the name on the fader display switches to fader value when you touch it( I have ears to tell me this). I can find no way to stop it doing this, you can lock it so it always displays fader value but not the other way round( name all the time). This is exactly the same as the C24 and that drives me nuts!!!, Procontrol on the other hand does not do it and is a pleasure to work on. I have not mixed anything for real on the Icon yet as the room is still under construction but seeing the fader value, I know will drive me mad. I know other users of C24's don't like the fader value display and every time I talk to digi I get the " oh yes other people have mentioned that" come on Digi can we fix it, or is it just me?

hi Tony,

You will have the option to turn the db level OFF in the very near future.

Regards,

Does Icon have a quick way of switching playlists?

I can't imagine having a giant icon in my studio, and yet have to switch playlists with a mouse.

I also said to Digi the other day.
However, it was said that it did not schedule it now.
