Installed Mbox 2 Mini, Pro Tools - no audio anymore

Hi all,

As stated in the title, I installed the Mbox 2 Mini and Pro Tools onto my computer and now I have no sound whatsoever. No regular Windows sounds (alerts, the "click" sound in IE, etc.), no sounds in Pro Tools, no sounds anywhere. I talked to Digidesign support and they recommend that I get Digi MME Helper (which, looking back, was a ridiculous suggestion considering Windows sounds don't work and Windows isn't an application you can drag over). Well I did, dragged all the applications onto it, and sound still doesn't work.

I've installed/uninstalled the Mbox 2 Mini/Pro Tools well over 25 times since I bought it and I'm at a complete and utter loss.

Can anyone help?
