mini grand not working

hey guys
I know this was an issue with 12.7.1 but now I upgraded to 12.8.1. and mini grand is still not working? maybe I´m doing something wrong..?

Must be something specific to your system, working fine here. Now if I could just learn to play like a an actual keyboardist instead of hack guitarist huntin' and peckin' it would be outstanding !!!

Have you tried downloading the latest Instruments installer from your Avid Account? There was a update that patched an issue with Mini Grand for mac systems running Sierra.

ok where can I find it? I have air instruments 12 installer only in my account...

That's it. Just make sure it's the most recent version

If this is the problem then you should run the AIR Instruments 12.5.1 Mac installer. That should be available via Application Manager or your Avid account. If not, what is the exact name of the Pro Tools product (in the purple header) listed in http://my.avid.com/products?
