Trying to reinstall Pro tools 11.2 and 11.1.2 but installer cant complete, I just get this..

The files for installation requirement Avid Ethernet
Support (x64) could not be found. The installation will
now stop. This is probably due to a failed, or canceled
download.

Initially I couldnt connect with Mbox which is why I reinstalled.

The only thing Ive done differently recently is try to install Structure on my F drive..that failed so now Im stuck with this new problem.

Have you uninstalled your old copy first?

I would uninstall your old copy, reboot, then try the install again. If that doesn't work, then maybe the installer is corrupt. In that case, try re-downloading the installer and try again.

I figured it out, the download wasn't extracted properly.
