MachineControl for DVW500P

Hi all,
we want to control a Digibeta DVW500P (PAL). We didn't find a machine template for that.
Also for a DSR-1600P. There are only as NTSC models listed.
Normally we use BVW75P but the track arming section is different on DVW.
Does anybody know where to find that or have I to write it myself?

When you click on the menu for node in Machine Control, what machine does Pro Tools think you are using? Have you tried using the DVW500 and DSR-1600 NTSC profiles? If they work, use them. Otherwise, load those profiles, then modify them a bit and save them with PAL as part of the name. From Machine Control's point of view, chances are the only thing different between a PAL and an NTSC deck is the deck's identifier code (which you can get by clicking Identify Machine when editing/creating a machine profile).

Hi Matthias,

just use the DVW-500 NTSC profile. It works perfectly for PAL setups, too.
