Relinking / overviews / Wrong Files With latest PT

Hey Everyone... I think something is up with the newest protools... similar filenames not playing the correct file, overviews not being calculated, or only on 1 side of a stereo pair.... I've had this before once in a blue moon, but i could recalculate overviews & it would be fixed.... but this week i"ve had strange naming & overview stuff & collaborators not being to import things several times on several different projects with different people.... Any One else getting filename / overview / relinking weirdness ??
