Help - Student subscription expired

Hi,

I have a Pro Tools | Annual Subscription - Student/teacher (card and iLok), which expired Sep 2016 although under my products on Avid it says Active.

There is no option to renew under the "My Products" section. I would like to start using Pro Tools again what are my options?

Can I simply purchase the Pro Tools for Education Annual Upgrade and Support Plan for $99 or do I have to buy the Annual Upgrade Plan (reinstatement) $299.

Any help appreciated please
