Structure Default Patch settings
Please forgive me, I've been away from Structure for a LONG time. I'm having a play with it again, and can't find out if there's a way to do this:
I want to create patches via drag & drop from the PT Edit Window, with all my favorite settings already mapped to my controllers. Things like Attack & Release, and so on. The only way I can find to do this now is to 1st save a patch with everything mapped then, -load it -click to the editor -select the "existing sample" in the patch -drop my new sample onto the old one -map the sample in the dialog box That's 5 steps to do what I'd like to do with just dragging & dropping 1 sample. This is a step (for Sound Design) that I'd be doing dozens, or perhaps hundreds of times a day. So you can see that the workflow needs some work, unless there's a way to set this up as a default already and I just haven't found it yet. |
