Selecting Tracks problem please help

Hi,

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, all my tracks get highlighted white i.e. they all get selected in the tracks pane shaded grey and the title of the track turns blue on white.

I don't know what key I am hitting by accident, that does this and I don't know how to get them back to individual select except by clicking on a region in the regions window which seems to work.

Clicking somewhere above the top track(in the edit window) can cause this(had it happen several times). The solution(for me anyway) is to Alt-click on any track(which will deselect all)
